Young Georgians diagnosed with cancer, lupus, or sickle cell disease face a difficult reality: life-saving treatments often cause infertility. Insurance companies typically don’t cover the $15,000 cost of fertility preservation. The Chick Mission and partner organizations are advocating for legislation to require insurance coverage for fertility preservation for these patients.
